What could constant stomach pain lead to? - stomach pain

I have a horrible feeling in my stomach every day before school and at school. It takes all night, and sometimes at night I wake up in pain. I have this intuition nerve pain, before a job interview or anything. Stress is undoubtedly the cause of stomach pain, but I wonder whether it might lead to something serious. Please help!
