What can I do to improve in basketball & compete in track?! I have plans this year & I REALLY NEED HELP!!!!!!!? - track practice plans

I am currently a sophomore in high school and the basketball season is in the session .. I'm playing because I am not a knee injury that myself from the season .. dr. I said that I have a small wound that had healed before the end of the month. I was injured 2 weeks ago. Practice Tour starts the 2nd Week in February and plan to the 800, 1 mile run, 4x100 and 4x400 races .. I also plan to make the leap .. But this summer, I have a forthcoming trip to Australia, the part of man to man, and my family have worked to raise money for me to .. The trip takes about 3 weeks in early June, but now I have many thoughts in my head of basketball, because I reach for my dreams and my goals for next year want to .. I hesitate to sacrifice or not, because my grandfather has recently purchased a training program for basketball as part of my Christmas present and wish to ensure that the money "not to be wasted .. basketball really means a lot to me and therefore does not work. How can I change my to keep Tennisall competitions during the length of the season? What do you think I should do? I sacrifice, as this coming season, make your plans for the holidays or the victim of the two victims? Please help me, because I think about what to do .. I was confused, I would appreciate your help! PLZ!

U could run in Surat during the trip or what, if u are completely healed. or wait until completely healed and operate underground again and develop a Lot 2 to get in shape after the trip. I started pre-season basketball, but when they once fully healed, it took me about 2 weeks 2 get in shape.
