What makes some people have 'red eye' in photos more often than others? - red eye more condition_symptoms conjunctivitis

Or sometimes the images with more than one person, a person has "red eye", while others do not. How and why did this happen?

They are blond with blue eyes. Fair skin people have to show more incidence of red eyes and blue eyes tend to turn red.

People who have red-eye directly to the flash. Red eyes, without being directly on the flash. I do not believe that the theory of blond hair, blue eyes. I have blue eyes and red eyes, never directly to the flash.

I came, because the light hit the back of the retina and makes the eyes glowing red ... Get Flash, Red-eye reduction, which should solve your problem .... Some cameras are built in this .... Hope this helps
